I am an experienced freelance holistic therapist, based in Clayhall near Barkingside, covering East London and Essex.  I am qualified in Anatomy, Physiology, Reflexology, Maternity Reflexology (including sub-fertility), Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Ear Candling, Thai Foot Massage, Manicure and Pedicure. 

Your body is an amazing structure but it can only do so much on it's own.  It has amazing healing abilities, however, YOU have to meet it half-way, YOU have to help it work effeciently and YOU have a responsibility to you and your body to help it work effectively.

I fully appreciate the benefits of these treatments and I sincerely believe everyone should take time out in their hectic, busy lives to reduce stress levels and aid self-healing.

  • I am a fully paid up member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and The Complementary Therapist Association (CThA).
  • Under 16's must have parental consent and be accompanied by a responsible adult.  Treatment will be charged at half the adult cost.
  • Male clients are welcome, however, please respect that I am a professional therapist.
  • 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of appointments.  A fee may be charged if not given.
