Indian Champissage, devised by Mr Narendra Mehta, is a fantastic firmer massage of the upper skeletal system, taking in the upper back, shoulders, neck, arms, scalp and face.  All of these areas are our most vulverable areas to the stresses and strains of mdern life.

This beautiful massage is done fully clothed, sitting in a chair and helps to reduce tension in the neck, scalp, upper back, improving mobility in the upper back and shoulders.  It stimulates blood and lymph flow, eliminating toxins and nourishing the scalp, which encourages healthy hair.

It is a fantastic relief from eye strain, nasal congestion, tension headaches and vertigo.  It also helps to alleviate symptoms of stress, anxiety, lethargy, insomnia and mild depression, giving you a strengthened immune system and feelings of peace, tranquility, uplift and well-being.

A course of 4-6 weekly treatments are recommended if treating for a specific ailment.  Review course after 4th treatment.
